Chic Legacy Foundation was founded in loving memory of Tommy Earl Blackmon, Sr. (1965-2002), a beloved father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend who courageously battled colon cancer. His legacy of strength, resilience, and compassion inspires our mission to make a difference in the fight against colon cancer.
